so montana again... we went there. it was like almost two months ago BUT here are some pictures of skirt steak tacos we had one night. yummay!

fish tacos (part deux)

matt loves fish tacos and we've been trying to get the right for some time. this time i looked up a recipe from rubio's in cali. i used palauch fish and a "fish fry" batter instead of the beer batter. the yogurt sauce made the whole thing i think. plus green cabbage and salsa. they were delicious! and here is a shark's jaw bone piece of cabbage. watch out!

regular tacos with ground beef, avacado, black olives, cheese, salsa (because people like to say salsa!) and one ugly kitsch-y slash unbreakable plate.

fish tacos

so... fish tacos are awesomely awesome. i have made them with tilapia, but this time matt got shark on sale at k-roger so i used shark. i grilled them with a lot of seasoning and a little oil. i have such a dang hard time flipping the fish, it makes me crazy. i got taco shells and some peach mango salsa. the salsa was great "because people like to say 'salsa!'"
