beef chili with jalapeno pepper and kidney beans. served with cornbread muffins. didn't really like the muffins but the chili? mmmmmm. used america's test kitchen crock pot chili recipe loosely for the inspiration. good for those chilly (?) january days. ps chili is hard to photograph!
