coconut curry soup

ginger... i love ginger. here's all the aromatics in the pot with olive oil. onion, ginger, pepper, red pepper and red curry paste. then you just saute until mushy- i like to leave things big because i don't appreciate little bits of things- i want smoooothness. then the simmering.... simmering... simmering.... the goods- i really like these lables then you add the coconut milk and lime... then you add the thawed scallops then if you would like add some noodles
