chicken and skirt steak on the grill. they were resting here- i wrap the steak in aluminium foil and the chicken just on a plate (not as juicy) in the oven with the tortillas. speaking of which save the steak juice to add to the mushrooms and onions

we had tortillas, mushrooms and onions, sour cream, salsa, guacamole.... black beans and rice.
